Prince of Danger gave TAPWRIT his eighth winner in a third country on Friday with a victory at Bursa in Turkey.
Racing over six furlongs on the turf, the colt raced a few paths wide near the back of the field when breaking slow before quickly jumping back into stride. Once he was comfortable the colt circled the field with his jockey barely moving as they collared the leader racing into the stretch.
With a quarter mile left to go, Prince of Danger got his nose in front and started to pull away from there with a three-length win under a light hand ride.
The colt is the fourth winner out of stakes winner Cho Cho Cat, who is a half-sister to multiple Grade 2 winner Blueskinesnrainbows and stakes winner Choo Choo.
TAPWRIT is the sire of eight winners and six other placers from 24 runners with Prince of Danger also making his debut in Friday’s victory.
