TAPIT’s Vanishing Point goes wire to wire on debut at Sapporo

Going a mile and two furlongs on the firm turf, the son of TAPIT led the field from wire to wire.

Vanishing Point, a two-year-old son of TAPIT, won impressively on debut at Sapporo (JPN) on August 2nd. 

Going a mile and two furlongs on the firm turf, the son of TAPIT led the field from wire to wire. With light asking heading into the straight, Vanishing Point powered forward and away from the pack with each stride, crossing the wire seven lengths ahead in a final time of 2:02.4. 

Bred in Kentucky by Whisper Hill Farms, LLC.,Vanishing Point is out of the Grade 1-winning mare Unrivaled Belle, making him a full brother to two-time Eclipse Award champion and three-time Grade 1 winner Unique Bella. The colt was purchased by Yuki Hasegawa for $1,500,000 at the 2019 Keeneland September Yearling Sale. He is conditioned by Kazua Fujisawa.
