Princess Grace, a three-year-old daughter of Gainesway’s KARAKONTIE, broke her maiden on debut at Colonial Downs on August 2nd.
Going one mile on the turf, Princess Grace stalked the pace three-wide, bid two wide into the far turn, then took command near the five sixteenths pole. The daughter of KARAKONTIE crossed the wire five and a half lengths ahead in a final time of 1:36.70.
Bred and owned by John and Susan Moore, Princess Grace is out of the mare Masquerade (Silent Name (JPN)). She is conditioned by Michael Stidham.
