Juvenile TAPIT son Zatiup became his sire’s 48th Thoroughbred Daily News Rising Star on Thursday with a Maiden Special Weight victory at Keeneland. A son of Grade 1 winner Zaftig, the Wertheimer and Frere homebred won by 4 ½ lengths in the seven furlong dirt sprint for trainer Graham Motion.
