TAPIT’s exciting son Flightline took his domination of races to another level on Sunday when he ran away with the Malibu Stakes (G1), winning by 11 ½ lengths. The undefeated colt took the combined margin of his three victories to 37 ½ lengths with the run away victory. The 3-year-old broke a step behind the others but quickly flaunted his speed and the rest was history.
“I was in cruise control the whole race,” jockey Flavien Prat told Daily Racing Form . “He was quite impressive. It’s like limitless. It’s like you’re driving a car and you’re not at full speed. It’s quite amazing.”
