Skywire (AFLEET ALEX) scores second G2 victory in Autumn S.

Son of AFLEET ALEX now has nearly $400,000 in earnings.

AFLEET ALEX‘s Skywire found the winner’s circle again, this time with a comfortable victory in the Autumn S. (G2) at Woodbine – his second Grade 2 score. Skywire has been one of Canada’s most accomplished runners following his head-turning and determined win in the Eclipse S. (G2) this summer, defeating the Sovereign champ Avie’s Flatter. In total, the 4-year-old Mark Casse-trainee has won or placed in five graded stakes events, and has amassed nearly $400,000 in earnings.

Bred in Canada by William D. Graham, Skywire is out of the Gone West mare Meandering Stream from the immediate family of champions Sky Classic and Regal Classic. Similar crosses with AFLEET ALEX have seen stakes winners such as multiple Grade 1-winning millionaire Iotapa.
