Next week’s Fasig-Tipton Kentucky Winter Mixed sale features five yearlings from the first crop of RAGING BULL in February.
Offered by breeder Stuart Morris is Hip 48, a colt out of multiple graded stakes winner and multiple Grade 1-placed Great Hot. That mare’s four foals include two winners, led by TAPIT’s three-time winner It’s Good to Be Us. Great Hot is a half-sister to the dam of stakes winner and multiple Grade 1-placed Overath.
The colt’s page also includes Grade 1 winners Hennessy, Pearl City, Field Cat, and Editor’s Note among others.
Hidden Brook consigns Hip 209, a New York-bred foal co-bred by Hidden Brook with Spruce Lane, Kevin Bartolotta, and Becker Bloodstock. The yearling is the fourth foal out of the multiple stakes-placed Rumble Doll.
A six-time winner, Rumble Doll is a half-sister to the stakes placed, 10-time winner Mr. Gary D. Each of the colt’s first three dams have placed in stakes wins with seven of the colt’s first eight dams all producing at least one stakes performer.

Five-time winner Showcase Winner is the dam of Hip 230, another Stuart Morris-consigned RAGING BULL colt.
The colt is a half-brother to three-time winner Queen In The North from his dam’s two to race with her other being a placed runner. Showcase Winner is one of five winners from five to race out of a full sister to Grade 1 winner Tactical Cat and Grade 2-placed Storm Passage with her half-sister also producing multiple stakes winner Susie Bee.
Their stakes winning dam Terre Haute is a third-generation stakes producer with all but one of her first six dams producing at least one stakes winner.
The final to sell by RAGING BULL is Hip 384, a Taylor Made consigned colt out of two-time winner Congarette. That March-born colt is a half-brother to Federal Judge, who won twice in three starts and was fourth in last year’s Woody Stephens Stakes (G1).
Congarette is a half-sister to a Distorted Humor half-sister to Grade 1 winner Home At Last and Grade 3 winner Niner’s Home. The colt’s third dam produced four stakes producers and the dams of three other stakes producers.
The sale takes place on February 5 and 6 with each session starting at 10:00am ET.
