This colt is a half-brother to one winner and one placed runner from two to race out of Giant’s Causeway mare Soarwiththebirds. That mare is a half-sister to Canadian Horse of the Year Up With the Birds and stakes winner Speightsong. Hailing from a strong Sam-Son Farm family, this colt’s second dam is champion and Grade 1 winner Wilderness Song with her six winners including multiple stakes performers.

Scott Mallory also consigns Hip 58, a half-brother to two stakes performers out of Undertheinfluence. That mare has seen all four of her runners win at least one race and herself is a half-sister to the multiple Grade 2 winner Pomeroy’s Pistol.

Pomeroy’s Pistol is another stakes producer as the dam of Grade 2 winner Thousand Words and the granddam of Grade 1 winner Sweet Pistol. Undertheinfluence’s dam is also the dam of stakes performers Wildcat Creek and D’cats Meow with stakes performers under all four of the colt’s dams on the page.

Denali Stud sends a grandson of Grade 1 winner Dream Empress through the ring as Hip 71. The colt is out of the winning Bernardini mare Bernadreamy, whose first foal is already a winner. Dream Empress herself is the dam of five winners from six to race with her only non-winner producing the stakes winner and eight-time winner Fireball Baby.

The colt has 27 stakes winners under his four dams on the page, including Grade 1 winners Bell’s The One, Yonaguska, and Prenup in addition to his own granddam.

The final MCKINZIE yearling to go through the ring is out of a full sister to TAPIT’s Grade 3 winner New York Central. Offered by Four Star Sales as agent for Westbury Stables as Hip 337, his dam is also a half-sister to Grade 2 winner Corfu and stakes performer Runway Ready in addition to the dam of multiple stakes placed Arm Candy.

The stakes success continues under the colt’s third dam, who also produced three-time Grade 1 winner Peace Rules and multiple stakes winner Wild Fashion – who is the dam of stakes winner and 16-time winner Prince of Windsor.

Taking place on July 11, the sale kicks off at 10:00a.m. ET at Fasig-Tipton’s Lexington location.
