It was an Allowance victory for RAGING BULL’s In the Aggregate on Thursday to register her second win in her last three starts.
Trainer Caio Caramori shipped her to Indiana for this five-furlong turf start with the filly doing everything asked of her by jockey Jaime Torres. She stalked two horses in front of her for much of the run as the leader was pressured throughout the race by another runner.
Torres asked for her best in the stretch and by the eighth pole she was making a serious run for the lead. Urged to the line, In the Aggregate was able to get her neck in front late and visit the winner’s circle.
Racing for George Sharp, In the Aggregate was bred by Savesnine Corp out of the War Front mare Alleging.
That mare is a half-sister to the stakes winner and Group 1-placed Akatea and Group 3 placed Abilene. Alleging’s granddam is the stakes winning Arlesienne, who proved to be a top level broodmare with three of her six winners winning stakes and Alleging’s dam earning blacktype. Alleging is also a full sister in blood to Grade 2 winner Verstappen.
RAGING BULL’s runners are led by five winners and two stakes performers, including a graded stakes placed runner.
