To Honor and Serve colt brings $210K at Keeneland

To Honor and Serve had one of the top 10 colt prices during the Sept. 18 session of the Keeneland September sale with a $210,000 yearling consigned by Gainesway, agent.

Trainer Kenny McPeek was the winning bidder for Hip 1489, a bay Kentucky-bred out of the Dixie Union mare Tempest Treasure, whose dam Tempest Dancer is a sister to Kentucky Oaks (G1) winner Sardula.

After Sunday’s session, To Honor and Serve has 26 remaining lots cataloged. The sale continues through Sept. 25.
